Pole Dancing Courses
Panther pole dancing classes are fun, exciting, sociable & above all a fantastic way to tone up & keep fit! All of our teachers are friendly, professional, experienced dancers.
During the classes you will learn various pole moves & tricks and how to link them together into a seductive dance routine. Pole Dancing is so much fun and a great all round work-out which helps you to lose weight, tone up, improve strength, flexibility & suppleness & improve your confidence!
We offer courses at beginner (levels 1 & 2) and you can then go on to do intermediate (levels 1 & 2) and advanced (levels 1 & 2) with a limit of 6 ladies per class to ensure you receive quality training & attention! Our previous students have been from various ages and are of all shapes / sizes & levels of fitness! There is no age restriction, and no dancing experience necessary– everybody is welcome!
You will come away feeling fitter, have more muscle tone, new friends and a new found confidence!
Courses are held in our fully equipped studio in a friendly environment.

Taster Sessions
Our Taster sessions last approximately an hour and are £10 per person.
Courses & Taster Sessions are extremely popular and spaces are limited so book your space early to avoid disappointment!
